You're responsible for gas, electricity, phone and cable. Amador Lakes pays for your water, sewer and garbage.
 
 
 
Q: What pets do you accept?
 
Amador Lakes accepts cats, small dogs (25lbs or less) small caged animals, and aquariums up to 20 gallons. Please inquire about deposits, fees and restrictions.
 
 
 
Q: How do I place a service request for maintenance for my apartment?
 
You can call it in, place a letter in our 24 hour drop box or use our maintenance request option click here.
 
 
 
Q: Can I install a satellite dish?
 
Yes, but with restrictions. Contact our management staff for details.
 
 
 
Q: Where can I put my outgoing mail?
 
There's one out going mailbox outside the management office near the gym.
